Who is this for?

People who are starting or returning to exercise. Attendees must be 50 and over, a Bexley resident and lives in the Sidcup/Blackfen/Footscray/Bexley Village area.

Are there any restrictions?

You will also need to be able to independently access the exercise area, stand up from a chair without aids, and follow the directions of the class leader.

Do I have to attend all 6 sessions?

Ideally yes, it is a course.

Question 4

Does booking this session include all 6 weeks?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you're booked on the first session you will be booked on to the whole 6-week course.

Question 5

What are the dates and times for all 6 sessions?

The sessions are at the same time every week for 6 weeks. Tuesdays 10-11am:  5th May, 12th May, 19th May, 26th May, 2nd June, 9th June.

What do I need to bring?

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you can do light exercise in. Water.

I've attended this course before, can I book again?

As we are trying to reach as many people as possible, we ask that you don't book a second course. Regretfully, we will have to remove anyone who has made a repeat booking.
