FIVE THINGS - PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE including legal advice, information on residential care, ‘How to start a conversation about your wishes’, Future Care and Support, funeral wishes.
This event is for adult carers registered with Credu Connecting Carers, and their families/friends. Please select the "Credu carer" ticket type, or the "family/friend" ticket type as appropriate. You can book several of each type of ticket at the same time. 
Interested colleagues, partners and professionals who have an interest in supporting carers are also welcome to attend. Please select the "partners and professionals" ticket type.
You only need an email address (of any kind) to create an Eventbrite account and book tickets, or to login to your Eventbrite account and book tickets. If you do not have an email address, please ring the office on 01597 823 800 who will take your booking over the phone.

If all the tickets have sold out and you wish to be put on the mailing list, please contact our friendly team in the office who are managing waiting lists and cancellations.
