The company is owned and managed exclusively by Diana Thompson who has over 30 years’ experience within the wine and hospitality industry. Fizz Feast is a time when literally hundreds of Champagne and sparkling wine corks will be popping. Edinburgh Uncorked Summer Wine Fair is now an annual event and is the city’s only independent summer wine fair.

Many of the artisan food producers of course created them so it’s a fantastic opportunity to find out more about them.The exhibitors are spread over two beautiful halls and every visitor will have the opportunity to taste their way around these sparkling wines and artisan food producers with the chance to pick up many offers on the day.It’s a wonderful event and the best way to kick off the Festive Season whilst picking up some great gifts for friends, family or yourself!
