A chance to learn flamenco! Five week course suitable for beginners, introducing this fantastic art form, great for a healthy body, mind and spirit! We will cover rhythm, technique and a little choreography each week. After the end of the four-week course there is a fifth week as a final consolidation class and rehearsal for those would like to perform our choreography. Why not give it a go? The last week is open to everybody whether or not they would like to perform.
- Sunday 12, 19, 26 April and 3 May classes 13.30-15.00
- Sunday 10 April rehearsal at 12.30, performance at 2pm. Discounted entry to flamenco show with artists from Valencia.
Suitable for all ages, no partner needed, no special footwear needed, everybody welcome.
Dancers with experience in flamenco will also enjoy this tangos from Cádiz, choreography and music by respected flamenco artists from this city.
