Join us in Dublin’s newest healthy eating spot, Flax & Beets, for a morning of food, fitness and fun!
Kicking off with a body weight HIIT workout class with world champion athlete and top personal trainer Jenni Murphy (better known as Jenni TRX!) to the tune of some awesome beats!
Followed by super healthy post-workout refreshments, on the house, and an inspirational talk from the STUNNING Emma Kehoe.
Our medicinal chef Rachel Graham will also be on hand to tell you all about the functional benefits of the delicious snacks and post-workout smoothies you will be enjoying, and she will be delighted to answer any questions you may have about our new functional salad and cold-pressed-juice menu... (or anything to do with nutrition).
Spaces are extremely limited so it’s first-come-first-served!
