Future Leaders Network is a not-for-profit organisation, founded with the goal of discovering and developing the next generation of political, economic and social leaders. Our network of talented, ambitious young people, from all walks of life and all parts of the country, represent the United Kingdom at Global Summits, participate in expert panels and articulate research findings and policy proposals to policy makers both at home and overseas. Our diverse community incubates policy positions through intensive research, debate, engagement and collaboration.Membership of Future Leaders Network offers participants the opportunity to enhance their personal and professional development and grow the network necessary to realise their significant potential.Our community is member-led and offers like-minded individuals the opportunity to come together to make a substantive contribution and affect real change across a broad range of academic disciplines, political and social issues and interests.

A 1 day training programme for young people - aged 18-30 years old - where you can explore and discover your Personal Purpose!

Great leaders inspire and motivate others to take action in pursuit of a common, wider goal. They understand the "Power of Why".But what about you? Do you know your personal 'Why'? Are you clear about the impact you’d like to have on the world, or why other people should be led by you?We know these can seem like big questions - so big, you might not even want to start trying to answer them. But if you want to change the world, starting off with you, your purpose and your calling is the only way to do it.And… we’ve got you covered! We’re a non-profit organisation aimed at discovering and developing the next generation of leaders in the U.K. We’re passionate about equipping young people with the experiences, skills, and networks they need to become effective, ethical leaders who affect positive change in the world… and we’re offering you a 1 day training programme where you can explore and discover your Personal Purpose!For only £25*, you will:<ul><li>Develop your leadership skills by exploring your Personal Purpose. You can expect:</li></ul><ol><li>To learn through doing - we use the real world as our classroom, so no stuffy post-lunch slump for you!</li><li>To leave with learnings and skills you can apply directly to your day-job and career!</li><li>To be challenged and inspired to find your calling in life - through a series of structured exercises, we’ll support you to have the big conversations with yourself and others that you need!</li></ol><ul><li>Network with other fantastic young leaders and change makers from across the country - FLN is a community of over 3000 young people from across all four nations and the globe, so we hope you’ll spark connections with the other amazing participants!</li><li>Learn more about yourself in a fun, friendly and supportive environment.</li></ul>Spaces are limited and on a first-come first served basis.You will need to provide evidence of full-vaccine status or a negative lateral flow test to attend.Included in the price of a ticket:<ul><li>Access to world-class, interactive leadership training - previously only accessed by a small group of elite young leaders, we’re now extending this to you, our members!</li><li>Lunch (&amp; snacks!)</li><li>All materials for the day </li><li>Exclusive networking event in the evening</li></ul>You will also get the opportunity to influence FLN's key upcoming events, and ensure we deliver what the FLN community wants.Detailed information will be provided once you have signed up!
