Here are a few helpful things to know before you arrive:</p><h3>🛏️ Floating Bed Options</h3><ul><li> D<strong><strong>ouble bed</strong></strong> to enjoy the experience (one person per bed).</li><li>Bring your own floating single or double sized bed to relax (one person per bed, no other inflatables please)</li><li>We’ll help you get comfy on the bed <strong><strong>poolside</strong></strong>, then gently glide you onto the water.</li><li>We do our best to <strong><strong>keep you dry</strong></strong>, but a small amount of splashing may occur.<br>➤ <strong><strong>Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in</strong></strong>, just in case you get a little wet.</li></ul><h3>🧸 Comfort &amp; Support</h3><ul><li><strong><strong>Blankets are provided</strong></strong> for extra coziness while you float and relax.</li><li>You are welcome to bring your own small pillow or eye mask if you wish.</li></ul><h3>⏰ Arrival Time</h3><ul><li>Please <strong><strong>arrive at least 10 minutes before</strong></strong> the session begins.</li><li>This allows time to settle in and ensures we start on time for everyone’s benefit.</li></ul><h3>🛟 Safety First</h3><ul><li>A <strong><strong>qualified lifeguard will be present</strong></strong> throughout the entire session for your safety and peace of mind.</li></ul><p>We can’t wait to share this peaceful, immersive experience with you. 💙<br>If you have any questions or specific needs, feel free to reach out before the event.</p>

If you have any medical conditions (e.g., epilepsy, heart issues, vertigo, severe anxiety), are pregnant, or have concerns about floating or being near water, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.</p></blockquote><h3>2. <strong><strong>Water &amp; Slippery Surfaces</strong></strong></h3><blockquote><p>While we aim to keep you dry on the floating beds, splashing or water contact may occur. Please move carefully around the pool area and be aware that surfaces may be slippery. Appropriate non-slip footwear is advised.</p></blockquote><h3>3. <strong><strong>Lifeguard Supervision</strong></strong></h3><blockquote><p>A certified lifeguard will be present for the entire session. Please follow all safety instructions from staff and lifeguards at all times.</p></blockquote><h3>4. <strong><strong>Emergency Procedures</strong></strong></h3><blockquote><p>In the unlikely event of an emergency, please remain calm and follow the guidance of staff. Lifesaving equipment and first aid support are available onsite.</p></blockquote><h3>5. <strong><strong>No Swimming or Diving</strong></strong></h3><blockquote><p>This is a <strong><strong>relaxation event only</strong></strong>. Swimming, diving, or entering the pool independently is not permitted during the session. Participants must remain on the floating beds provided unless otherwise instructed.</p></blockquote><h3>6. <strong><strong>Respect Personal Boundaries</strong></strong></h3><blockquote><p>Participants are asked to maintain quiet and respect others' personal space throughout the session to ensure a tranquil environment for all.</p></blockquote><h3>7. <strong><strong>Clothing and Comfort</strong></strong></h3><blockquote><p>Wear what you feel most comfortable in. While we aim to keep you dry, we cannot guarantee you won’t get a little wet. Towels and warm layers are recommended for after the session.</p></blockquote><h3>8. <strong><strong>Arrive On Time</strong></strong></h3><blockquote><p>Please arrive <strong><strong>at least 10 minutes early</strong></strong>. Late arrivals may not be permitted once the session has started, to maintain a peaceful and safe environment.</p></blockquote><h3>9. <strong><strong>Alcohol &amp; Substances</strong></strong></h3><blockquote><p>Attendees must not be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. Anyone who appears intoxicated will not be allowed to participate for safety reasons.</p><p><br></p><p><em><em>Please note that all swimming pools operate filtration and drainage systems, which may produce background water sounds during the session. Many guests find these sounds naturally blend into the relaxation experience. As this is part of the leisure centre’s pool infrastructure and outside of our control, refunds cannot be issued due to these background noises.
