This is a welcoming yoga class designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and increase flexibility.

Flow & Flexibility

This class combines mindful, flowing movement with targeted mobility and flexibility exercises to help you move with greater ease, confidence and control.

Through a steady, beginner-friendly pace, you'll develop functional strength, improve balance and coordination, and gradually increase your range of motion, all while connecting movement with breath.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or looking to complement your existing routine, this class is suitable for beginner to intermediate levels.

Every posture can be adapted to meet your body where it is, making the class accessible to all abilities, ages and genders.

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your existing practice, this class offers a safe and inclusive space to explore movement at your own pace.

Beyond the physical asana practice, this class is an invitation to experience yoga as a holistic discipline.

My intention is to help you not only feel stronger and move better, but also develop the awareness and tools to carry the benefits of yoga into your everyday life.
