This workshop is for the one who’s always “on.” The one who gives, does, supports, and keeps going, often without taking a moment to reset. As we move toward the vibrant, high-energy pace of Summer, this is your invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect.
Combining movement with guided deep relaxation gives you a uniquely powerful reset, helping to regulate your nervous system, quiet the mind, and create lasting shifts in how you respond to stress. It’s both a moment of calm, and a practical, embodied experience you can carry into everyday life.

We begin with a 45-minute, all-abilities yoga flow designed to help you tune into your body’s natural rhythm. Through mindful movement and breath, you’ll release tension, regulate your nervous system, and gently let go of what no longer serves you, preparing both body and mind for deeper rest.
Bloom into your calm. Hypnotherapy with Sarah-Maria.
You’ll then be guided into a 30-minute deep relaxation using solution-focused hypnotherapy techniques. This is your time to fully unwind, reset, and be led on a gentle inner journey, supporting you to recharge, gain clarity, and embrace the seasonal shift into Summer with a sense of lightness and ease.
We’re looking to build a regular gathering. A warm, welcoming space where you can:
