We’ll begin with a slow, mindful flow, linking breath with gentle movement to build awareness, mobility, and ease in the body.
These mellow vinyasa-inspired sequences are unhurried and accessible, offering options so you can move in a way that feels supportive and empowering to you.
As the class unfolds, we’ll transition into restorative yin postures, holding shapes for longer periods to encourage deep release, relaxation, and restoration of the nervous system.
Flow & Restore is suitable for beginner to intermediate levels, and welcomes all abilities, bodies, genders, and ages.
