Flow to Crow yoga workshop
Join Elle for a strong flowing yoga practice with the option to workshop crow pose
Crow pose is completely optional and there will be variations you can try to develop your practice further. This is a strong class but suitable for those with previous yoga experience. please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket. We have mats to borrow if you would like one. I'd recommend wearing leggings for this practice or shorts. (rather than joggers)
