Each week we will begin each session by grounding yourself through a soothing meditation, allowing your mind to settle and your breath to flow effortlessly.🩵
From there we will transition into gentle yoga postures, there's no need for a mat – simply find a comfortable seat, whether it be on a pillow or nestled in the coziness of your bed. Through gentle movements and stretches, we'll awaken the body's energy, promoting flexibility and ease.🌞
With each pose, focus on the sensations within your body, honoring its unique rhythm and limitations. Embrace the present moment, surrendering to the flow of each movement with grace and mindfulness.
As our practice draws to a close, I’ll invite you to engage in journal reflection, allowing thoughts and emotions to unfurl onto the page.

Nope! This class is specially designed to be enjoyed wherever you are. As longs as you are in a comfortable, quiet environment, free from distraction and you have access to a small flat surface, this is the class for you. A mat is preferred, however a pillow, a sofa or your bed will do just fine.
