Built By Us is a not-for-profit consultancy; our mission is to diversify the UK's construction sector. We do this by running programmes to support talent development and by helping companies to build more inclusive workplaces and connect them to the skills they need.

We are delighted to invite you to the FLUID & SHAPE Diversity Mentoring Programme online Graduation event.

<h3>The FLUID and SHAPE Diversity Mentoring Programmes are innovative schemes run by social enterprise Built By Us.  Whilst FLUID is designed to address the retention and development of talented practitioners from diverse backgrounds for management and leadership roles in the built environment. Shape has been created to support budding new founders in construction and the built environment.</h3><p>FLUID runs for 12 months and Shape 6 months.  Both programmes encourage people at all career stages who are chronically underrepresented in construction to take part including:</p><ul><li>Women</li><li>People from Black and Minority Ethnic backgrounds</li><li>LGBT+</li><li>Disabled people</li><li>People from disadvantaged backgrounds.</li></ul><p>Each year we hold an official graduation/ launch event to celebrate the end of the previous year and welcome the new cohort.  Usually the graduations for each programme are held separately.  However, Due to current public health restrictions we have decided to hold a combined online event  - we hope you can join us!</p><h3>The FLUID Diversity Programme is proudly sponsored by EPR Architects </h3><h2>Agenda</h2><ul><li>18.30 Introduction from Danna Walker of Built By Us &amp; remarks from our sponsors</li><li>18.35  Networking</li><li>18.45 Presentations from FLUID &amp; SHAPE Participants </li><li>19.10 Questions</li><li>19.20 Closing Remarks followed by group Zoom picture </li><li>19.30 Close</li></ul>
