Regent Brass, a dynamic London-based brass band, is proud to announce the launch of Brass Fluxus! A groundbreaking new book of Fluxus inspired art pieces for brass ensemble. Developed in collaboration with artist Phoenix Fry as part of the Brass Bands England Elevate Scheme, this unique publication blends avant-garde art with the rich tradition of brass music.

The book features a compelling mix of works, merging those inspired by established Fluxus artists and those created by Regent Brass members themselves. It offers a fresh and playful take on performance art through the lens of traditional brass music.

The celebrate the launch, Regent Brass will host a special event at Studio 1, Jackson Lane Arts Centre, Located in the heart of the community in which the band is based. Studio 1 will come alive with performances of selected pieces from the book, showcasing the creativity and experimental spirit of the project.

This is not a formal event, you can arrive and leave at anytime and can either watch the pieces as they are performed or network with other attendees and a drink, the choice it yours! We just want to know how many people to expect so we don't exceed the capacity of Studio 1.
