This session will explore the similarities and differences between three closely inter-related areas of museum work: collections management, documentation and registration, and discuss what skills and experiences are needed for each and ways for emerging professionals to find these. We will discuss the highs and the lows working in these areas, and end with a Q&A session, inviting questions from session participants.
