An online container for focus and compassionate accountability.

A practical, consistent window to sit down and get your sh*t done. It’s for whatever you’ve been meaning to work on, whether that’s creative writing, journaling, life admin, study, or a work project that’s been lingering. We meet online and body double, with a brief check-in at the beginning and a gentle close at the end. Most of the session is spent in focused flow state, supported by the presence of others and music designed to induce focus. This space suits women who find it hard to prioritise their own work, or who struggle to start without some structure and accountability.
