We’re getting a group of women working in hospitality together for a relaxed focus group and catch-up, and we’d love you to join us.

This is a chance to connect with others in the industry, chat openly about how hospitality feels right now, and talk about what we’d like to see change. We’re really keen to hear from everyone, business owners, managers, full-time and part-time workers, and anyone in between. Every perspective matters.

Mostly though, it’s just a nice opportunity to meet new people, feel less alone in the industry, and have honest conversations in a welcoming space. There’s no pressure to speak if you don’t want to, listening is just as welcome.

When we say “women,” we mean this inclusively. We welcome cis and trans women, non-binary people, and anyone who feels this space is right for them.
