Everyday Exercises for Strong, Functionary Feet. A practical movement workshop with a grounding in the anatomy of the foot.
Do you want to take better care of your feet but need some help to get started?
Do you want to know more about how the feet help the overall function of the body?
In this workshop we will have a brief look at the anatomy of the feet and look at how the feet connect functionally to the rest of the body.
We'll also go through a series of exercises that you can take away to use in your personal practice.
You will need:
A mat
a tennis ball/small massage ball
A collection of smaller balls (kids bouncy ball, dog ball, squash ball, trigger ball)
Optional: A collection of stones of different sizes
The workshop will be recorded. The recording will be made available to all for one month.
So if you can't be there live, you don't have to miss out.
