For the Plot: Hiking at Cave Hill is a relaxed, in-person group walk along one of Belfast’s most loved scenic spots.

We’ll meet at the agreed starting point and head out together at an easy, steady pace. Expect wide paths, open views across Belfast Lough and the city, and plenty of moments to stop, breathe, and take it all in. This isn’t a fitness challenge or a fast hike, it’s about being outdoors and enjoying the walk together.

You can chat as much or as little as you like. Come for the views, the fresh air, and the chance to do something different with your day. Comfortable shoes are a must, and layers are recommended as it can be windy at the top.

You don’t need hiking experience, just a willingness to show up. We’ll take it one step at a time and see where the plot takes us.
