Foraging and Cooking
Totnes Climate Hub presents an early spring foraging walk and cooking workshop
Join forager and wild foodie Hannah for an early evening spring foraging walk where you’ll learn about the edible and medicinal plants that grow all around us.
Throughout the walk you will learn to identify and gather a variety of wild greens. Hannah will then show how to turn them into a delicious wild chimichurri which you’ll get to sample. Along with other ideas for culinary applications for these wonderful wild plants you should leave with an increased confidence to identify more than just wild garlic and nettles!
Meet outside the Dartmouth River Boat Ticket Office on Steamer Quay for the walk, returning to Totnes Climate Hub (The Mansion, Fore Street) for the cooking workshop.
