You'll be guided on this informative and mindful session to learn about which wild edible plants are growing on your doorstep.

The session will cover,

• How to forage safely
• Basic botany and identification skills
• Discover the useful properties of edibles for health and wellbeing

Please note: This is an educational introduction session and not a 'basket-filling' session.

Please wear suitable clothes and footwear for being in the Community Woodland and for the weather.

We will meet by the main entrance to the community woodland at the end gate from the car park of Barrowfield Road, S63 0BL.

Children are welcome on these events, it is recommended that any child attending is over 12 years old and that they must be accompanied by an adult.

You don't need to bring a ticket with you as we will have all your booking details stored safely.
