A chance for children to meet former police forensic scientist Hayley Scott and find out how to find clues to help solve a burglary

Autism Berkshire and British Science Week 2022 are delighted to be able to give autistic children and their siblings who live in Berkshire, aged 8 to 12, the opportunity to meet former Metropolitan Police forensic scientist Hayley Scott and investigate a crime scene and help to solve a burglary.They will look for fingerprints and find traces of DNA for testing, watch videos of interviews with suspects in the investigation and work together to decide who is the burglar.A separate ticket must be booked for each child taking part in the session.<ul><li>Please note that parents/carers will need to stay at the venue during this activity. Tea and coffee will be provided.</li></ul>
