About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Immerse yourself in the tranquil practice of forest bathing, also known as Shinrin-Yoku, and experience the benefits of connecting with nature. This unique event invites you to slow down, engage your senses, and deeply appreciate the sights, sounds and scents of the forest.

Join like-minded individuals for a guided session that promotes health and well-being. Research has shown that spending time in forests can reduce stress, improve mood and boost creativity, and enhance immune function. Embrace the restorative power of nature and leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and connected to the natural world around you.

Looking for a new weekend activity? This event is open to all abilities and experience levels.

    What to Expect:

Mindfulness: Slow down and soak up the forest atmosphere.

Sensory Engagement: Feel what's around you, notice the sunlight twinkling through the leaves, and listen to the diverse bird songs.

Breathing: Relax, and clear your mind, and focus on your surroundings with deep breaths and mindful awareness.

To fully immerse yourself, a typical forest bathing session is recommended to last two hours. Trying something new can be challenging, but it often leads to a rewarding experience. Join us and discover the benefits of forest bathing.
