Is this suitable for children?

This event is aimed at adults and I'm not insured to work with young children. Young people aged 14 or older are welcome if they are OK being unsupervised at times.

I love dogs but unfortunately they can't attend the Forest Bathing sessions as this is a therapeutic session. Assistance dogs are welcome.

I have mobility issues, can I attend?

We will be outside and moving -slowly & with stops- for 2 hours on uneven ground. I can arrange for the route to be step free if you contact in advance. For the mindful tea we sit on the ground - a stool can be provided with advance notice. Please contact natalierossiterwellbeing@gmail.com

These sessions have been funded by Swinton and Pendlebury devolved budget with the aim of supporting the wellbeing of local residents and making Forest Bathing accessible to more people. Having said that, everyone is welcome as we are keen to invite people to enjoy our lovey park.
