2.5hr Forest Bathing+ Session (FREE in exchange for session feedback)Come and join Tanya, a Trainee Guide, for a restorative Forest Bathing+ Session at Green Farm, Shadoxhurst in Kent. Immerse yourself in the healing power of nature through your senses as you relax and unwind in the beautiful surroundings. This unique experience is the perfect opportunity to connect with nature, de-stress, and recharge your mind and body.We will take a slow, quiet, walk through woodland, engaging in sensory activities, to help you unwind, deepen your connection with nature, and boost your mental and physical health. You will also take away tips to explore in your own time in nature.Forest Bathing is rooted in the Japanese culture of Skinrin-yoku - shinrin meaning "forest" and yoku meaning "bath". A methodical practice of taking time (fully clothed) in a forest atmosphere, slowing down, and connecting deeply with nature through the senses. A therapeutic way to de-stress and improve health and well-being.I am studying and training as a Forest Bathing+ Guide so these are FREE sessions in exchange for your feedback on the experence.NOTE: This session will be video recorded - solely for the purposes of tutor assessment and will not be shared. Your booking of this session is confirmation that you consent to being recorded. I also need a total of 10 participants to attend - if you are unsure if you will be a confirmed attendee please let me know as soon as possible.
