Forest Bathing Session

Forest Bathing Session

Overview

A simple yet profound way to reconnect with nature and oneself. No Swimsuits Required!

Forest Bathing (or Forest Therapy) practice is not about walking, hiking or exercise but rather about finding tranquility and mindfulness in nature. Come along and take a break from your busy mind and get into an embodied state of being for a while!

Just as we we sun-bathe, bathe in water and enjoy sound baths, we can gain huge mental and physical benefits (scientifically proven) from bathing in the atmosphere of trees and nature!

Forest Bathing is a Japanese practice that involves immersing oneself in the natural environment to promote mental and physical well-being. This invitational, guided session invites you to slow down, awaken your senses, and experience the profound healing benefits of being present in the trees.
