Get ready to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature with our exciting event, Forest Bathing! Join me for a couple of hours of ultimate relaxation and peace as I take you on a journey through the beauty of the forest.

Dates: Saturday 16 March, Sunday 28 April, Friday 24 May

Time: 10.30am-1230pm

Location: Burnham Beeches

Take a break from your busy schedule and let the soothing sounds of the forest wash over you. During this event, I will guide you through a series of gentle activities that will help you connect with nature to improve your physical and mental well-being.

Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku, is a practice that originated in Japan and is now becoming popular worldwide. It involves immersing yourself in a forest environment and taking in the atmosphere through all your senses. Studies have shown that forest bathing can reduce stress, improve immunity, and enhance overall happiness.

No experience is necessary to join these Forest Bathing sessions. Just bring your curiosity and an open mind. I will lead you on a journey of mindfulness, inviting you to engage with the natural world around you in a new and meaningful way.
