We are delighted to have Forest Bathing returning to the nature reserve this year. Laura Gwynne is a certified Forest Therapy Guide having trained with the Association of Nature &amp; Forest Therapy in USA and brings a series of immersive walks for us to experience being in nature in a slow and mindful way.This is a special opportunity to come and enjoy this nature reserve with a Forest Therapy Guide. Forest Bathing is the Japanese art of &#x27;Shinrin Yoku&#x27; which means to immerse your senses in the natural environment. You&#x27;ll be invited to take notice of what&#x27;s around you by relaxing your mind and tuning into your open awareness. Switching off from the business of life and allowing the visions and sounds of nature to relax and inspire you. Laura Gwynne is hosting these 2 hour events at the nature reserve and bookings are direct through Laura. Places are £20 each payable to Laura. The afternoon session, 2 - 4.30 pm has SOLD OUT) ~ Expand into the wildflower meadows and woods in the beauty of Summer</li><li>Tuesday 9 November (10 am - 12.20 pm) ~ Wandering through the blustery leaves of the woods at the Reserve</li></ul>From Sinfield Trust nature reserve car park (bear left at entrance), following signs, walk to the meeting place at The Barn. Cost: £20 for two hours of restorative nature bathing in the beautiful wild landscape of Sinfield Nature Reserve. There are a limited number of places on each walk.You need to bring layers to wear and a mat to sit on.
