White House Farm Nature Reserve

We are delighted to have Forest Bathing returning to the nature reserve this year. Laura Gwynne is a certified Forest Therapy Guide having trained with the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy in USA and brings a series of immersive walks for us to experience being in nature in a slow and mindful way. This is a special opportunity to come and enjoy this nature reserve with a Forest Therapy Guide. Forest Bathing is the Japanese art of 'Shinrin Yoku' which means to immerse your senses in the natural environment. You'll be invited to take notice of what's around you by relaxing your mind and tuning into your open awareness. Switching off from the business of life and allowing the visions and sounds of nature to relax and inspire you. Laura Gwynne is hosting these 2 hour events at the nature reserve and bookings are direct through Laura. Places are £20 each payable to Laura. Laura makes a donation to the charity Sinfield Nature Conservation Trust for each booking. How to book your place: book direct with Laura to reserve your place.
