Calling all forest friends...we need your help!
'Forest Friends' is a 6 week programme of creative activities for young people with additional needs living in Sunderland. The sessions run every Saturday from 10:00am - 11:00am from the 20th April - 25th May. This programme will run alongside the development of our show Grubbin's Wood, and so will explore themes around nature, growth and connection. Young people will have lots of opportunties to explore through sensory play and connect through drama and games. Grubbin's Wood will then be coming to The Old Rectory this summer....more information to follow!
Please note....
- All children must be supervised by an adult at all times - we welcome adults to come and join in on the fun!
- 1 ticket = 1 young person + any accompaniying adults - adults you don't need to book a additional ticket.
- Please leave time before and after the session for 'warm-up' and 'cool-down'.
- There is a free on-site car park.
- Sessions may get messy as we explore the great outdoors so please bring clothes you don't mind getting messy and wet wipes!
- You don't have to be available for every session to attend this programme.
