Get ready, Highlands—we are making our massive debut in Fort William! For the first time ever, we are bringing the full BGCP experience to The Nevis Centre on Saturday 9th May. To put it simply, if you love superheroes, retro gaming, or hunting for rare collectibles, this is the historic first outing you won’t want to miss.

A Historic First for Lochaber Fans

To start with, this debut is a huge milestone for the geek community in the Highlands. In the past, fans in the area have had to travel long distances for a full-scale comic con, but we are finally bringing the magic right to the shadow of Ben Nevis. Because of this, we have pulled out all the stops to make sure our first-ever show at the Nevis Centre is an unforgettable experience for everyone in Lochaber.

What’s more, the event is designed to be a fantastic day out for fans of all ages. This means you can browse through hundreds of unique items from specialist traders that have never been seen in the area before. Usually, our debut events have an incredible atmosphere as the local community comes together to celebrate all things pop culture.

Aside from the market, the Nevis Centre is the perfect hub for family fun. For example, after you’ve finished meeting our characters, you can challenge your friends to a round of 10-pin bowling or let the little ones burn off some energy at Hijinks Softplay.

Also, if you’re traveling from further afield, you might even spot the famous Jacobite Steam Train on your way into town. To top it off, why not end your day by heading over to the beautiful Highland Cinema nearby to catch a movie? Since there is so much to do in the immediate area, it really is the ultimate day out for families and collectors alike.
