Forward Together Project - Challenging Behaviour Foundation

The Forward Together project focuses on improving the lives of children, young people and adults with severe or profound learning disabilities and behaviours that may challenge, and their families by building regional networks.

The project, led by the Challenging Behaviour Foundation, spans three regions in the UK, including Kent and Medway. It aims to foster stronger connections between families and professionals with local support and services. The goal is to ensure they are better informed, more confident in shaping local services, and able to share learning and best practices effectively.
