    Our Education team pride themselves in being a responsive and facilitative team of health and social care professionals, who provide supportive knowledge and skills training for colleagues in topics including palliative and end of life care services and bereavement support.

    All training is tailored to meet the individual needs of our health and social care partners throughout Basildon and Thurrock and beyond, to ensure that our partners throughout the communities we serve are supported. Bespoke training to meet the specific needs of an organisation can also be planned and delivered.

    Training can be facilitated in a variety of formats to suit the needs of your team, with options available for face to face and virtual training, as well as access to specialist webinars.

    Session size can also be tailored in length, ranging from bite size two-hour sessions to more intensive courses which are covered over a three-day period.

    Our brand new, purpose built education suite, located in the peaceful surroundings of our new Thurrock Hospice, is available for face to face training sessions and includes extensive parking and onsite catering facilities. The suite is also available for private hire.
