Description

Nothing beats the smell of freshly made, home-baked goods, especially made with your own hands!

Spend an afternoon learning the foundations of baking and pastry that shape the way many recipes are made. Throughout the class you can expect to learn the basics of various cakes, cookies, creams and doughs, and how to use these skills into your own kitchen repertoire.

We’ll start the class with an introduction and a short discussion on the plan for the day ahead. There will be lots of tasting and sampling, and at the end of the class you’ll take home your baked goods along with a bespoke class recipe packet. And not to worry, lunch will be provided.

During this hands-on 6 hour class you’ll be guided by Michelin-starred Pastry Chef, and resident Cooking It! instructor, Joshua Meiseman, through every step of the way. Check out his website at www.joshuameiseman.com to learn more about him.
