<P><SPAN>The festival is a two-day event located at Manchester Town Hall aimed at founders, future founders, investors and anyone interested in entrepreneurship. FoundHER will provide a platform for inspiring stories and advice, covering all stages of the business life cycle, from start-up to global success.</SPAN></P>

Covering IP, reputation protection, cyber security, employment and incentives, shareholder agreements and PE investment, our panel will also be available for a Q&A session to answer your personal legal questions.</SPAN></P>

<P><SPAN>Laura Baines of JobSquad, Jane Hallam of Esteem and Debbie Edwards of FDisruptors, share experiences from the first year of their respective businesses. This session will include the highs and lows of getting started, getting funded and becoming profitable, as well as the common hurdles that come with growth and change and insights into which skills need to stay the course.</SPAN></P>

<P><SPAN>A panel of leading PR professionals and founders discuss best practice and techniques to develop your organisation's reputation, leverage social media, engage reporters and build your brand. Our panel will feature Sandy Lindsay, founder of Tangerine, Gem Griffiths, founder of The Crowd &amp; I and Jo Leah, founder of Little Big Agency.</SPAN></P>

<P>Lou Cordwell talks with a panel of fellow Northern female founders, including Emma Cheshire of DotForge and Futurelabs, Kate Goodman of Reserve Wines, James Bedford of TechNorth, and Emma Slater of MEC Manchester about the benefits of starting and growing a business in Manchester / the North.</P>

<P><SPAN>Award-winning entrepreneur, Carolyn Pearson, shares her personal story as well as her thoughts on the challenges she continues to face and top tip shortcuts for startups.</SPAN></P>

<P>Our panel for this session includes Rachel Haugh, co-founder of award winning SimpsonHaugh architects and Lisa Helen, Founder of Sweet Mandarin. We'll be talking about the kind of bumps in the road to expect along the way as well as words of wisdom and strategies for staying alive! </P>

<P>In this session we are joined by some of the UK's youngest female entrepreneurs, including 16 year old Beau Jessup, Anastasia Kenton and members of the FDisruptors team, to talk about their achievements to date and what's in store for them next.</P>
