Please make your way to the Cafe Box Office on arrival. There you can purchase hot, cold and alcoholic beverages and snacks. You'll be taken to the chapel when the performance is ready to begin.
The grounds of Arnos Vale are dark and uneven, please wear sensible shoes and you may also want to bring a torch to help you see better whilst walking. The Chapel can get cold in winter so please bring coats.
Late arrivals will not be allowed into the performance.
The show runs at approx 1hr 30 mins with no interval.
The performance is not interactive.

FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
We recommend 16 years + due to adult content and the horror aspects of the show. Under 16's can come at an adults descretion, but no refunds will be issued if you/they decide to leave the performance for any reason.  
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is *limited parking on site. You can park for free in neighbouring streets. Public Transport runs straight outside the venue. *Blue Badge holders please contact Arnos Vale you'll be given priorty.
What's the refund policy?
No refunds. You can re-sell your ticket personally if you're no longer able to attend.
 Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can bring proof of your ticket on a mobile device or in printed form. We will ask your full name, so please ensure if you have purchased a ticket from a member of the public that you're aware of the full name of the person who first purchased the ticket through Eventbrite.
