Overview

Free introductory 3-week course suitable for beginners and those with experience - all welcome. Thursday evenings starting 4th June

This course of meditation classes offers a simple and practical introduction to meditation, allowing you the opportunity to meditate in a group, guided by experienced instructors.

For those who have meditated before it is an opportunity to renew your practice, learn new skills and deepen your meditation experience.

This practical course explores meditation techniques using guided visualisation, breathing exercises, mantras and spiritual music. It is offered to all those who have a thirst for self-discovery, who want to develop and bring to the fore their spiritual nature and discover their life's full potential.

The course is given by skilled meditation teachers with over 30 years of experience. You are encouraged to develop your own meditation practice at home and we offer tips and guidance on how to do this throughout the course.

The classes are based on the teachings and meditation techniques of Sri Chinmoy and is offered at no charge as a free community service by the Sri Chinmoy Centre in Bristol.

Register just once and come to the whole course. You will learn to build your practice week by week so we recommend to attend all 3 sessions if you can. Note that sessions 2 and 3 are in the Sri Chinmoy Centre, 155 Whiteladies Road.
