Relaxation, Mindfulness & Creativity & Connection
Feeling overwhelmed? Needing time to slow down and reset? Want gentle, neurodivergent-friendly ways to support your wellbeing?
This ADHD & Autism Calm Space is a weekly Wednesday session designed especially for neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD and autistic traits. It offers a calm, inclusive environment where you can relax, regulate, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and supportive.
This workshop is part of our Empowerment Through Wellbeing programme, brought to you by Empowered to Thrive CIC in collaboration with Your Wellbeing Company. The programme has been created to help you pause, connect, and gently strengthen your resilience without pressure, expectations, or the need to “perform”.
✨ About the Sessions:
Each week has a slightly different focus, but all sessions are intentionally calm, flexible, and accessible. We combine gentle mind–body practices with creativity to support emotional regulation, nervous system calm, and self-connection.
You’re welcome to attend whichever sessions feel right for you. There’s no obligation to attend every week, although regular attendance can be helpful if you’re looking for routine and continuity.
💫 What You’ll Experience:
💛 A safe, welcoming, neurodivergent-friendly space open to all.
🌿 Gentle practices such as mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, sound therapy, and optional gentle movement.
✨ Time to slow down, rest, and reconnect with your body and mind.
🎨 A calming creative activity to support self-expression and integration.
🌱 Practical tools to support relaxation, emotional regulation, and everyday wellbeing.
🌟 About Your Coaches:
Your sessions are facilitated by two highly experienced wellbeing coaches , Jo & Emma, who are passionate about creating calm, inclusive spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported.
Both coaches bring a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-aware approach to their work and have extensive experience supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, mental health challenges, and nervous system regulation.
They’ll gently guide you through each session with warmth, flexibility, and understanding, always encouraging you to take part in a way that feels right for you. There is no pressure to share, speak, or participate in anything you’re not comfortable with.
Support is available throughout the session, whether you need reassurance, space, or quiet guidance.
