Free ADHD Managing Rejection Sensitivity (RSD) Workshop
Learn tips, tricks and get support to help you to thrive with ADHD!
🌈 ADHD Managing Rejection Sensitivity (RSD) Workshop ✨
This relaxed and supportive workshop is designed for neurodivergent adults who experience intense emotional reactions to perceived rejection, criticism, or feeling misunderstood, something many ADHDers know all too well.
Together, we’ll gently explore what Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) is, why it’s so common for people with ADHD and other neurodivergent traits, and how it can show up in everyday life, in friendships, relationships, work, parenting, and even our inner dialogue. We’ll look at how RSD can impact self-worth, confidence, emotional regulation, and decision-making, often leaving people feeling overwhelmed, shut down, or constantly on edge.
You’ll be guided through compassionate, practical tools to help soothe emotional overwhelm, reduce self-blame, and respond to triggers with greater self-understanding and kindness. This workshop isn’t about “thickening your skin” or suppressing emotions, it’s about learning how to feel safer in your nervous system and more secure within yourself.
The session blends gentle discussion, reflection, wellbeing tools, and creative exploration, finishing with a meaningful creative activity that supports emotional safety, self-compassion, and resilience, something you can take home as a grounding reminder when RSD shows up.
