<h1>A﻿bout us</h1><h2>Established in 1979, we are an experienced arts group and we have a range of members from beginner artists to more experienced.  We pride ourselves in being a friendly and welcoming arts group where experience and support is always available. </h2>

<h1>A﻿bout our members</h1><h3>Many of our members regularly commission their work and have also exhibited their work across the city of Liverpool.  W﻿e have a variety of members of different experience and skill level from beginner, intermediate to more experienced. Members have many different skills and styles working across many mediums including: watercolour, acrylic, oil pastel, soft pastel, still life, coloured pencil and more.  </h3>

<h1>W﻿hat we can offer</h1><p></p><p>W﻿e offer weekly sessions for self development.  This is an opportunity for you to share experience with others and also  develop your own skills and experience withing a supportive and encouraging group.  We regularly offer throughout the year:</p><ul><li>L﻿ife drawing opportunities with a life model</li><li>S﻿till life sessions</li><li>W﻿orkshops and demonstrations in: water colour, pastel, oils, portraits and others</li><li>E﻿ntry into competitions including watercolour challenge and the chairmans cup competition.</li><li>Opportunity to exhibit work locally.</li></ul>

<h1>W﻿hat do I need to bring?</h1><ul><li>I﻿f you are a beginner, a pencil and sketch book will be fine and some thing to draw e.g a picture on ipad/photograph or printed picture or object to draw.</li><li>More experienced artist: A﻿ project or starting point for your work/ongoing project.</li><li>A﻿rt materials of your choice  e.g paint, pastels, pencils</li><li>A﻿ sink and access to water is available.</li><li>T﻿o begin with you do not need a vat amount of art materials. Experienced members can advise on materials which may be useful.</li></ul>

<h1>W﻿hat does my ticket cover?</h1><h2>This ticket entitles you to one free taster session with South Liverpool Arts Group on your chosen Monday evening.</h2><h2>Please note: one ticket per person  for any session. This excludes planned workshops and demonstrations which will incur a charge.</h2>
