Who can attend this session?

This event is especially for new mums from Liverpool with a baby under 12 months old. It’s part of our positive perinatal wellbeing project.

Anything that feels comfortable! We'll be sitting on the floor on mats so that's worth bearing in mind. You might want to wear/bring some socks, as we usually take our shoes off on the mats.

You don't need to bring anything in particular. Just your usual feeding/changing bag and a muslin or blanket to place over our cushion for your baby's comfort.

The Old Library has a small car park to the front of the building which is accessed from Green Lane. There is also a lot of free on-street parking to the side of the building on Lister Drive.
