THE SESSION
In this friendly, small group session, I'll take you through the principals of Pilates - helping you learn how to set up the body, breathe effectively and introduce you to a variety of pilates exercises targeting different muscle groups. For each exercise you'll be provided with various options so you can find the level that's right for you.
With a maximum of 14 in the session, you'll receive personalised attention to ensure you're carrying out the exercises with the correct form to maximise the benefits and help you progress with confidence.
So whether you’re looking to tone up, build strength or are rehabilitating from pain or injury, I can help you start (or re-start) your Pilates journey with confidence.
