FREE Breathwork for Stress Release

Square WorksBristol, England
Wednesday, Feb 25 from 12 pm to 1 pm GMT
Overview

Come and join us for a FREE Conscious Connected Breathwork session to alleviate the stress and tension that arises from modern busy living.

We are really excited to be hosting our FREE Conscious Connected Breathwork session in collaboration with Square Works, this vibrant shared working space in the heart of Clifton, Bristol.

This is a "ONE - OFF " FREE Breathwork session because we want to bring this impactful and energising practise to Square Works and its dynamic community and would like all to be able to enjoy this initial session for FREE.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

It is a specific style of breathwork using a deep, circular pattern with retentions. We use music throughout the session to really allow you to immerse yourself in this deep Breathwork practise and shut out the outside world.

One of our wonderful Certified Breathwork Facilitators will guide you through the whole session; you stay consciously engaged with each inhale and exhale which will lead to a powerful and insightful experience.

What are the benefits?

As we all know modern life is busy and often overwhelming.

Breathwork offers a chance to pause, reconnect with your body, and release tension, stored emotions, or stagnant energy, leaving you feeling physically and emotionally lighter. It can help you feel more resilient, with greater capacity, clarity, focus, and calm both at work and at home.

Over time, it also supports a deeper connection with yourself and strengthens your sense of self trust and self-leadership.

What do I need for the session?

You’ll need to lie down, so bring a yoga mat or something similar, plus anything that helps you feel comfortable—pillows, a blanket, and comfy, non-restrictive clothing. Have some water on hand and come with an open mind.

What is the structure of the session?

The session begins with a brief introduction to Conscious Connected Breathing, a demo of the pattern and time to answer any questions that may arise. You’ll then get comfortable lying down with eyes closed, followed by a short grounding exercise. We’ll move into 2–3 rounds of breathing to music, with optional guided breath retentions, then finish with a guided visualisation and reading while you relax deeply to music.

What to expect during a session:

As Conscious Connected Breathwork is a deep and powerful modality, it may therefore affect you phyiscally, emotionally and mentally. For further information please refer to the FAQ section of the description.

Can everyone attend?

No, this style of breathwork is for adults aged 18 and over only.
