This interactive 2-hour in-person workshop will provide both the theory and practical tools you need to feel confident stepping in when someone needs support.
During the workshop, we will explore:
• Unconscious bias
• Microaggressions
• The Bystander Effect
• The Pyramid of Hate
• Practical intervention strategies
This session is highly interactive, and active participation is an essential part of the learning experience.
At the end of the workshop, you will complete a short assessment. Successful participants will receive an Active Bystanders Certification, recognising your commitment to creating safer, more inclusive spaces.
