Free CPR/AED Training, how to deal with a Cardiac Arrest

A free training course teaching you how to respond if a relative, friend or complete stranger suffers a Cardiac Arrest. On the course you will learn what to do if someone is unconscious, how to spot Cardiac Arrest, how to do Hands Only CPR (and why it works) and how to use a public defibulator This is open to anyone over the age of 12 but children must be in the care of an adult.COVID: I am a professional trainer and apart from first lockdown face to face training has continued throughout. I train at Test and Trace centres and have to follow the full guidelines while training, which will be followed. If people could turn up with someone they are happy to practice with that would be great. If you are alone you can practice recovery position alone, with someone using PPE or if you are both happy without, current guidelines are you must be happy and contact is a minimumI will be teaching hands only CPR, with a combination of Isopropyl Alcohol and clinical wipes but anyone who works with children will be given a chance to practice Rescue Breaths at the end, with facemasks.
