Free CPR/AED Training, how to deal with a Cardiac Arrest

The Church of St Mary and St John the Divine

A free training course teaching you how to respond if a relative, friend or complete stranger suffers a Cardiac Arrest. On the course you will learn what to do if someone is unconscious, how to spot Cardiac Arrest, how to do Hands Only CPR (and why it works) and how to use a public defibulator.This is open to anyone over the age of 12 but children must be in the care of an adult.
