Do I need to be able to ride a bike?

Basic riding skills are required.  If you have never ridden a bike please enquire about our Learn to Ride Sessions.  We would be happy to arrange these for you

How long will the ride be?

The session last for approximately one hour, the distance cycled will depend on individuals attending the ride

Question 3

Will the ride be on main roads?

Accepted Answer

Our rides aim to be as traffic free as possible using local cycle ways where available. Some roads will need to be navigated but our instructors will be there to help/guide.

Question 4

Will I need to wear a helmet?

Accepted Answer

We do provide helmets where needed and we recommend the wearing of them.  Although this is not compulsory
