Free Event: What is it like to work in cybersecurity and forensic computing?

Meet industry experts and find out what career opportunities there are and discover what it is really like to work in cybersecurity and forensic computing.The symposium is a joint event provided by <a href="https://www.gre.ac.uk/support/disability/staart" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">STAART</a>, <a href="https://www.fortinet.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Fortinet</a> and the <a href="https://www.gre.ac.uk/es" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Faculty of Engineering and Science</a>, University of Greenwich. The symposium is available to any person over the age of 16 who maybe interested in working in this rapidly growing sector. We will be covering: <ul><li>What qualifications/skills needed to work in these field? </li><li>What types of roles in these fields? </li><li>Encouraging more diversity in these fields </li><li>UoG alumna working in this field </li></ul>T﻿here are two types of tickets available so please select the correct one when you book.<ol><li>In person - this is for current University of Greenwich students and staff. </li><li>Virtual - this is for External attendees, University of Greenwich students and staff and will be delivered via Zoom. </li></ol>Full details on how to attend the event will be included in the email confirmation which will be sent after you have registered.
