Join us for an evening of guided painting while exploring the beautiful world of your intuition. Healthy vegan friendly food included. We are all inherently creative, when we give ourselves the space to go beyond the thinking mind and harness our imagination...This is not about teaching or perfecrting techniques but discovering your innate capabilities, letting go of expectations in a pressure free environment and having fun:) "Man is most nearly himself when he achieves the seriousness of a child at play." - Heraclitus Workshop includes:<ul><li>drawing and painting using surplus (saved from landfill) acrylic, other natural materials and canvas as well as collage available - materials all prepared for you</li><li>a simple, powerful (visualisation) process that can help you relax and open up your creativity</li><li>that can help us to access another world of awareness and possibility - known as our "highest intelligence"...</li></ul> “Intuition is perception via the unconscious that brings forth ideas, images, new possibilities and ways out of blocked situations.” - Jung You will be guided by Isabel, artist and somatic yoga teacher. Growing from of a sense that there was more to life than our western ways (and witnessing the destruction, disconnection and impacts ecologically, mentally etc. they can cause), I set out to explore others. While living abroad I became passionate about sustainable/regenerative living, studying permaculture (a holistic design system), then going deeper towards the root of these issues through various different ancient wisdom traditions - especially alchemy. I discovered many philosophical and spiritual tools that can really support our busy stressful lives, helping us create meaning and a "new" truer reality. Now bridging these with modern science on somatics through yoga and movement, these practices have helped me turn my life around, heal from PTSD, rediscover my true vision - painting and beyond - and start to thrive. I am now weaving them together to guide others to access their creativity, empower themselves and live more authentically. Other details:<ul><li>Please arrive for 6.30 if you can.
