Will I have to sit cross-legged?

For the mindfulness meditations taught here, you are invited to take a comfortable posture. This can be sitting in a chair, sometimes lying down or walking or - if you prefer - sitting cross-legged!

Can anyone learn mindfulness?

Yes, but it takes application and practice - just as you wouldn't run a marathon without training for it, the same goes if you wish to get the most benefit from Mindfulness Training.

Carole Lacy has trained to teach the gold-standard Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction programme through Bangor University's Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice. She is a listed teacher on BAMBA (British Association for Mindfulness-based Approaches)
