Join the Marine Conservation Society for a day of networking, learning about our ocean and making new friends! This event is dedicated to you - our amazing young people - and will provide you with the opportunity to hear more about the Marine Conservation Society's work and how you can help protect our blue planet. You'll also get the chance to join our #YouthOceanNetwork - hear from some of the current members here!
The day will consist of marine related presentations, workshops and networking in the venue. Special guest, wildlife cameraman Doug Allan, will deliver a presentation on how his early love for the ocean led to a career as a biologist and research diver in the Antarctic until a chance meeting with David Attenborough opened his eyes to underwater filming.
If you want to work in conservation, marine biology, or are just interested in playing your part in looking after the environment..... this event is for you!
